What do I need to fill in? You’ll complete a customs declaration when you set up your shipment on our site. We’ll note that your package contains personal items being returned to you. If you got the item while traveling outside your country, you can select that option on the declaration.
Can I get the fees back? In some countries, duties and taxes on returned personal items can be refunded. Check with your country’s customs agency.
Who is the importer? You are, and ileftmystuff! is the exporter. If customs needs more information, the courier will contact you.
