Yes! Click “I want to pick up my item” in the email letting you know your item was found. On the page that opens, click “I want to pick up my item” again, and type the name of the person picking it up in the comment box. That way, the hotel (or the location where you left your item) knows who to expect. Got a text instead? Open the link and follow the same steps.
Then call the hotel to arrange a time, so it’s ready when they arrive.
